It focuses on optimizing the resonant characteristics at the mainstream ultrasonic working frequencies of 15kHz/20kHz. It is a key resonant energy storage component for the transducer system of the welding machine to achieve the conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy. Compared to the general high-frequency MKP capacitors, this model has been upgraded in terms of low-loss resonance, large current carrying capacity, resistance to mechanical vibration, and resistance to high-frequency charging and discharging cycles. Can withstand charge-discharge cycles ≥ 10⁷ times, far exceeding the general MKP capacitor, suitable for 24-hour continuous high-frequency operation of the welding machine, matching the lifespan of the entire machine.

5. Temperature resistance and vibration resistance dual advantages

Working temperature -40℃ to +105℃, resistant to cavity temperature rise; vibration resistance grade ≥ 15g, no core body loosening, suitable for the high-frequency vibration environment of the welding machine.

6. High voltage and capacity ultra-stability

Capacity drift in the entire temperature range ≤ ±1%, no voltage attenuation, ensuring stable resonance frequency; rated voltage 400V to 1200V DC can be customized.

Metal enclosure fully sealed, moisture-proof and oil-proof; insulation resistance ≥ 10¹²Ω, extremely small leakage current, suitable for long-term use in industrial sites such as workshops.
