Piner Electronic’s China DC-Link Capacitor,Non-inductive winding technology is adopted, utilizing metallized polypropylene film and special metal spraying techniques. The capacitor is encapsulated in an aluminum casing, with flame-retardant epoxy resin potting for enhanced safety and durability. It features a cylindrical aluminum shell and terminals made of copper bolts or copper nuts. This design offers a compact size, high capacitance, excellent over-current capability, low temperature rise, minimal stray inductance, and extended service life, while also simplifying installation.

This DC-Link Capacitor serves as a high-performance alternative to aluminum electrolytic capacitors and is widely used in DC-link applications across wind power, photovoltaic solar energy, SVG systems, inverters, and other medium to large-scale power conversion systems.

Characteristics

·Efficient suppression of voltage fluctuations:

Piner Electronic's China DC-Link Capacitor adopts an un-sensed winding process, with lower impedance. It can quickly absorb interference current, significantly smooth out the voltage fluctuations of the DC bus, effectively protecting IGBT/MOS tubes from voltage shocks, and ensuring more stable system operation.

·Wide compatibility with various devices:

The voltage range supports 450V to 3000V, capable of withstanding a continuous ripple current of 20A to 200A, and able to withstand a 2-fold instantaneous current shock. It is suitable for a variety of scenarios ranging from small industrial control equipment to large-scale new energy systems.

·Improve overall energy efficiency:

Quick response, high charging and discharging efficiency, can reduce voltage drop, help the entire machine improve energy efficiency by 0.5% - 2%, and save energy and electricity.

·High temperature resistance, long lifespan, no maintenance required:

Using industrial and automotive-grade high-temperature resistant materials, the structure is robust and does not age easily. Under high-temperature and high-vibration conditions, its service life is much longer than that of ordinary capacitors, significantly reducing the maintenance cost in the later stage.

·Safe explosion-proof and flame-retardant performance:

The device is equipped with an internal explosion-proof design. The housing is encapsulated with UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant material, effectively preventing risks of explosion and fire. Some automotive-grade models also feature anti-reverse connection and over-temperature protection, making them suitable for complex and demanding environments.

The high-power models can adopt an aluminum shell modular structure, with multiple capacitors connected in parallel, which has a stronger current-carrying capacity. It is specially designed for megawatt-level equipment such as photovoltaic inverters, wind power converters, and energy storage systems.

Completely solid-state metallized film structure, no liquid, no leakage, non-polar design compatible with DC circuits, featuring moisture-proof, shock-resistant, corrosion-resistant properties, and suitable for various industrial and outdoor environments.
