CBB22 Automotive Ignition HID Capacitor

Piner’s China CBB22 Automotive Ignition HID Capacitor is constructed with metallized polypropylene film wound in a non-inductive configuration. Encapsulated in flame-retardant epoxy resin and fitted with tinned copper-clad steel wire leads, it features excellent self-healing properties, high insulation resistance, low dielectric loss, and minimal temperature rise. It is well-suited for applications such as LED chime circuits, ignition systems, and high-frequency circuits.

The CBB22 Automotive Ignition HID Capacitor manufactured by Piner is also known as a metallized polypropylene film capacitor. This capacitor is structured with a metallized polypropylene film as the dielectric and electrode, and is made by winding. It is encapsulated in flame-retardant insulating material, presenting an unregulated structure, and is led out by tin-plated copper-clad steel wire. Its rated voltage range is 250V, 400V, and 630V, and the capacitance range is 0.0047 - 3.3μF. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, large capacity, low price, high reliability, excellent electrical performance, low high-frequency loss, good self-healing property, and low internal temperature rise.
