1. The Choke coil 2DR plug-in L-shaped inductor manufactured by Haoer Electronics, I-shaped inductors are usually composed of an I-shaped magnetic core and a coil wound around the magnetic core. Magnetic cores are generally made of magnetic materials such as ferrite, which have high magnetic permeability and can enhance the magnetic field and improve the performance of inductors. The choke coil 2DR plug-in I-shaped inductor is a dual-ended plug-in type choke element centered around an "I" shape magnetic core. The "2DR" is the series model identifier. It mainly features EMI (electromagnetic interference) suppression and current control functions. I-beam core:
Choke Coil 2DR Plug-in L-shaped Inductor is made of high magnetic permeability nickel-zinc or manganese-zinc ferrite material. The "I" shape can concentrate the magnetic field and reduce magnetic leakage. The central column provides stable support for the winding, and the flange plates at both ends enhance the structural stability.
Choke winding:
The oxygen-free copper wire is tightly wound around the central column of the core. The wire diameter and number of turns are precisely matched according to the choke requirements to ensure the high impedance characteristic against specific frequency AC interference.
Connector pins:
Two vertical lead-out tin-plated metal pins are fixed at both ends of the core, suitable for through-hole welding on PCB boards. They have high mechanical strength and excellent conductivity, and are less likely to cause short circuits or open circuits.
Insulation protection layer:
It is covered with UL-certified heat shrink tubing or epoxy resin encapsulation, providing insulation, moisture-proof and mechanical protection functions, and preventing the winding from being damaged.
