The MKP-C coupled DC blocking capacitor is a specialized capacitor designed for induction heating equipment. It uses metalized polypropylene film for non inductive winding, special gold spraying process, Mylar tape packaging, flame-retardant epoxy resin potting, and copper inserts, copper nuts or copper bolts for lead out. Optimize for the harsh working environment of high temperature, high pressure, and high frequency inside induction heating equipment. Ensuring stable heating power output and uniform temperature control, it can be widely used in equipment such as medium frequency and high-frequency induction heating furnaces, electromagnetic heaters, etc. It is connected in series with the primary power output transformer for coupling and DC isolation

By adopting a dedicated DC isolation structure, the DC components in the circuit are completely isolated to prevent DC from entering key components such as induction coils and power tubes, avoiding burning or damage, and significantly reducing equipment failure and maintenance frequency.

High temperature resistance and aging resistance, adapt to continuous high temperature environment

The internal temperature of induction heating equipment is high.
