The China LED driver power supply flyline high-frequency transformer produced by Haoe is a high-frequency transformer specifically designed for LED lighting drives. Its core feature lies in the use of a special "flyline" process. Here, "flyline" is not a temporary modification but an integral part of the product's original design. It refers to the use of independent insulated wires to solder and connect specific pins on the transformer frame to complete the complex winding layout.
This design is mainly aimed at enabling flexible multi-output realization or meeting the safety requirements of high-voltage insulation within the compact space of the LED driving power supply. The flyline effectively solves the problem of insufficient internal winding space, and by using high-specification insulated wires, it ensures that the primary and secondary circuits can withstand a safety isolation voltage of up to several thousand volts, meeting strict certifications such as UL and CE.
Therefore, it is a high-frequency core component that has been certified and ensures performance, safety and space efficiency through the use of jumper wires as a key process.
It has high initial and secondary pressure resistance, strong anti-interference ability, and meets the requirements of specification certification, but it is not convenient for production operations.
