The MKP-LS welding machine specific capacitor is designed with metallized polypropylene film and low induction current stabilization technology, specifically designed for the harsh working conditions of welding machines. This product effectively adapts to high-frequency operation, instantaneous high current impact, and high temperature and dust environment in the workshop of welding machines. It undertakes the functions of circuit filtering, voltage stabilization, energy buffering, and peak absorption, ensuring smooth welding current, reducing arc breakage and splashing, and protecting the core components inside the welding machine. Low sensitivity and current resistance, resistant to high welding current impact

LS low inductance structure is suitable for high-frequency inverter working conditions of welding machines, which can carry large ripple currents during welding, withstand instantaneous current surges during welding, ensure smooth output of welding current, effectively reduce arc breakage and splashing problems, and improve welding quality.

Low consumption voltage regulation, absorption peak protection core device

High quality polypropylene film medium, low electrical loss, can quickly absorb circuit ripple, suppress voltage spikes, protect IGBT/MOS tubes inside the welding machine, reduce core power device failures, and lower welding machine maintenance rates.

High temperature resistance and aging resistance, long service life under workshop conditions

The whole parts are made of industrial grade high-temperature resistant materials, which can withstand the internal high temperature of the welding machine during welding.
