Under the prevailing trend of collaborative development in the electronic industry supply chain, well-known high-frequency transformer manufacturer Haoer Electronics and high-end capacitor supplier Piner Electronics recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties announced that they will conduct in-depth cooperation in multiple dimensions such as key technology research and development, customer resource sharing, and solution co-creation, aiming to provide downstream customers with more efficient, stable, and complete one-stop services for power conversion and energy storage.
High-frequency transformers and capacitors are the core passive components in energy conversion systems such as switching power supplies and inverters. Their performance compatibility directly determines the overall efficiency of the entire machine. Previously, customers needed to separately interface, select, and test, with a complex process and compatibility risks. After this cooperation, Gooder and Piller will form a joint technical team and based on the common customer platform, launch a "transformer-capacitor" combined solution package that has been collaboratively designed and performance verified.
Haoer's deep expertise in magnetic technology and Piller's broadness in dielectric technology constitute a perfect complement. Metalized film capacitors and Haoer's high-frequency transformers can produce a '1+1>2' synergistic effect in high-voltage and high-frequency scenarios. This collaboration is an important step towards becoming a "system-level component supplier".
It will significantly shorten the product development cycle for customers, reduce overall procurement and management costs, and jointly promote the power electronics industry to move towards higher integration and reliability.
